Meet Master Chef Sam Pang, who has just joined our award-winning team at Breeze. Here Chef Pang introduces himself and tells us a bit about what he has in store for your next dining experience.
Hello. I'm Chef Sam Pang. As the new chef at Breeze, I've already begun working with the team on some creative new additions to your dining experience, and I want to take a moment to tell you about them, and myself.
Even before I joined this award-winning team, I knew the levels of service at The Dome at lebua were excellent. So I came to Breeze with no intention to change its authentic Asian cuisine. Instead, my job is to bring a new energy and perspective to your dining experience, drawing from my years working with the world's best chefs and, most recently, as Chef de Cuisine at Hakkasan in the Middle East.
To me, cooking is personal. So when you dine with us, I want you to taste the passion and creativity of my team in every bite. In fact, we've already begun experimenting with new flavors, themes, and techniques to make your experience unique.
Bangkok is a treasure trove of culinary inspiration. Since my arrival from Dubai, I've immersed myself in the local food culture, visiting every market and restaurant I can. Everywhere I look there's a new herb or fresh ingredient that combines perfectly with my signature style, resulting in something entirely new. I've even been experimenting with new cooking methods like the Josper charcoal grill, which allows you to keep food extra fresh and moist.
