• The unused breakfast, Ocean 52 drink vouchers, 60-minute Thai Massage and sky train tickets cannot be exchanged to any other services or reimbursed in cash if they are not used. The room rates will not be decreased if these benefits are unused.
• The breakfast, Ocean 52 drink vouchers, 60-minute Thai Massage and Sky train tickets are valid only during the period of stay of the reservations and cannot be extended to be used in the future if unconsumed.
• The advance reservation of 60-minute Thai Massage is required and subject to availability.
