• The extension night rate after 3 package night is subject to the Best Available rate on that day including only daily breakfast for the nights after the package 3 nights.
• The above room rates are based on 1-2 persons in the room. The additional charge of extra 3rd person is US$ 68++ subject to 10% service charge, and applicable government tax per room per night including daily breakfast only. The other benefits for the third person have to be additionally paid as per the actual consumption on the spot.
• The unused breakfast, Ocean 52 drink vouchers, Set dinner at Café Mozu, roundtrip airport transfers and sky train tickets cannot be exchanged to any other services or be reimbursed in cash if they are not used and the room rates will not be decreased if these benefits are unused.
• The breakfast, Ocean 52  drink vouchers, Set dinner at Café Mozu, roundtrip airport transfers and Sky train tickets are valid only during the period of stay of the reservations and cannot be extended to be used in the future if unconsumed.
