Thomas and Mathias Sühring are the creative force behind your epicurean journey at Mezzaluna. Passionate about cuisine from an early age, the twin brothers each gained diverse Michelin star experience throughout Europe. Rejoining in Bangkok to lead Mezzaluna, they have brought the best of modern innovative cuisine to Asia. Thomas and Mathias are honored to see Mezzaluna selected as Restaurant of the Year by the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards, and to have their exquisite meals featured in Lufthansa's first class menus.

Their primary joy, however, comes from combining the freshest ingredients and the latest techniques to craft an exciting new menu each evening that takes Mezzaluna's guests on a memorable culinary journey.
