Chef Pellerin Clement

As Chef de Cuisine, Clément oversees all operation of the kitchen area at Sirocco, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation as well as bring new creations to each dish and provide a unique gastronomic experience forguests.

A French national, Chef Clément completed the course in Culinary Management School in France where he was trained formally in courses covering International and French cuisine. With more than 10 years’ experience, he has over a decade of work experience in International hotels and fine dining restaurants in Spain, France, Ireland and China.
