100 Stories: “A Rose by any other name”

Champagne is an experience of sensuality. Colour, aroma, texture, flavour and even sound. Nuances of white, yellow and pink. Hints of fruit, spice and flowers and, of course, the music of those magical bubbles.

From the moment the cork hisses from it’s home; effervescence rustles like silk into the glass.

It makes demands on your tongue from the moment it enters your mouth. Intensity, completeness, sharpness, richness – sometimes even cheekiness.

In Pink Bar’s towering Champagne cellars, we hold truly exceptional Champagnes.
Love and passion in every bottle waits to be poured into your glass.
