Where can you find the best breakfast in Bangkok? Easy. Just get in the elevator. Our breakfast buffet is legendary, for good reason. We offer over 120 international specialties, from Indian to Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and American.

About Café Mozu

The classics—bacon, eggs, toast—are here, but with a lebua twist. We cook your bacon to order on a charcoal grill and toast your bread in a woodfire pizza oven (trust us, you’ll love it).

And just wait until you see the pastries. For breakfast at lebua, we’ve pulled out all the stops, laying out anything and everything you could possibly need to fuel the day’s adventures and excursions. That is, unless your plan for the day is to stay put and lounge by the pool. If that’s the case, Café Mozu will continue to take care of you with all-day dining from our international contemporary menu, available poolside or in our indoor-outdoor dining room.

While its ambiance is warmly casual, the restaurant’s décor is luxe and a touch dramatic, with Moroccan influences like crystal-bedecked columns and dimmed hanging pendant lighting. Meanwhile, our culinary influences derive from elsewhere: our menu comprises mainly Indian, Thai and Western dishes, prepared with care by highly-regarded chefs from each region.

The Chef

A native of India, Chef Avinash Rudola’s fascination with food led him to the Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, New Delhi. After completing his studies, he went on to gain valuable experience working in the kitchens of some of the top luxury hotels in New Delhi. Working in banqueting, he honed his professional abilities and broadened his palate, learning a variety of cuisines.

Avinash joined lebua Bangkok in 2010 as a part of the talented team at Café Mozu, where an array of Western, Thai, Indian and Lebanese dishes are served every day, in addition to the award-winning breakfast buffet prepared by his team each morning.

“Many say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I’m happy that our team is able to create such an extraordinary experience for our guests to start the day.”

CHEF AVINASH RUDOLA / CHEF CHANDRA SHARMA

Chef Chandra Sharma was born and raised in New Delhi, and his career began with an apprenticeship at one of the city's international corporations, which led him to Nagpur University. After finishing his studies, he went on to gain valuable experience as the banqueting Chef for the luxury lifestyle hotel. Chandra joined lebua Bangkok in 2014 and has since collaborated with Chef Avinash; their sole mission at Café Mozu is to celebrate authentic Indian cuisine by tapping into their culture and creating authentic dishes.
