Chef’s Table celebrates the creativity and art of cooking by placing Bangkok’s first 3-star Michelin Chef right at the heart of the dining experience. Intimacy and drama are served along with exquisite cuisine as circular bay windows allow the panorama of Bangkok’s skyline to flood in. Central to the space and concept; the actual Chef's Table - a Molteni Stove in cream and brass – glows warmly. The Table is wrapped in a smooth crescent carved from Michelangelo’s favorite Carrara marble. The taupe, cream and champagne-bronze color palette ensures the cuisine is still the real star of the show. From the journey to the restaurant, to the grand sense of welcome, every aspect of Chef’s Table is crafted with attention to detail. Every elegant touch carefully carried up to the sky for diners to enjoy. Chef’s Table joins the world class dining experiences at the iconic lebua: the world’s first vertical destination.

Chef’s Table, opened in early March 2019, is helmed by Chef Vincent Thierry, who led Caprice at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong to three Michelin stars, and feature elegant French cuisine in an interactive atmosphere. Chef Thierry and his sous chefs take center stage in the open kitchen, set in the middle of this intimate 46-seat restaurant, while speaking with guests to personalize dishes based on each diners’ palates.

The Chef’s Table contemporary French menu, sprinkled with some European influences, enhances premium ingredients such as langoustine, turbot, lobster, foie gras and crayfish with fresh, natural and distinctive flavors. Chef Thierry’s main focus is sourcing quality ingredients from France and locally, such as chocolate from Chiang Mai and cream for house-made butter from Khao Yai, Expert wine sommeliers can suggest pairings with French selections, along with blends from Italian, Australian and Californian vintners.
