Visit our website at and view our Terms and Conditions.  You are still convinced our rate has been beaten? Submit your claim here, within 24 hours after reservation is made on our website.  Your claim should reach us at least 48 hours prior to standard check in time at the hotel.

When do I hear back?

lebua team will respond your claim within 48 hours during normal business hours between 08:00 – 19:00 ICT (Monday to Friday)

Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. A valid booking reservation must be made directly at lebua Hotels and Resorts or booked through website.
  2. Competing Rate and booking on other website is to be valid, publicly available and bookable with instant confirmation on the internet.  The same reservation implies to same hotel, same date and period of stay, same room type and same number of guests with the same view and same board basis.  Competing rates must be inclusive of service charges and all relevant government taxes under the same restrictions and or other terms and conditions governing such rate.
  3. Completed claim form must be submitted for verification within 24 hours after reservation is made. lebua Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to reject a Claim form if found incomplete or submitted in an unsupported language. Only one claim may be submitted and is eligible for each stay. Each stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent by the same guests or guest at the same participating hotel, without regard to whether a guest checks out and checks back into the participating hotel again.
  4. Best Rate Guarantee applies solely to hotel room bookings exclude package rate.  Package rate defines as a hotel accommodation that includes a combination of a room and airfare, transport services or any hotels stay sold as part of total holiday package or bookings made via opaque providers.
  5. Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable to any mystery deal such as website where name of the hotel is not provided until after booking is made, rates offered on on-request websites that do not provide immediate hotel confirmations.
  6. A price difference of less than 0.5% of total booking value due to websites round up by various website providers due to different currency does not qualify for Best Rate Guarantee. Rate disparities attributed by currency exchange fluctuations are also excluded from the guarantee.
  7. Best Rate Guarantee exclusions are unpublished rates such as group rates, corporate rates or negotiated rates, conference and seminar rates, specific promotional offers with promotion code, long stay term rate beyond 5 consecutive days, auction website rate, any prepaid rate that involves discount codes, vouchers, online and offline coupons and certificates as well as Member Rate which require specific user login credential.
  8. Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through website.  Any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel are not responsible by lebua Hotels & Resorts.
  9. Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where website rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance which is beyond lebua Hotels & Resorts’ reasonable control.
  10. lebua Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to honor claim for hotel which is no longer operating under lebua Hotels & Resorts on the date of the stay.
  11. lebua Hotels & Resorts reserves sole, full right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim or deny a claim if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.
  12. lebua Hotels & Resorts may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee, if in its sole discretion lebua Hotels & Resorts determines that such person has the followings:
    A. submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee claims;
    B. acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances and or acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner;
  13. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Rate Guarantee shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Thailand.
  14. lebua Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
